Terms and Conditions Virtual Classes:

Classes at the Academy Of Amazement are not guaranteed, holding classes is based upon enrollment and is subject to being cancelled if enrollment does not meet the minimum requirements for the program.

Individual classes may be rescheduled, modified or cancelled due to low enrollment, health or any other reason deemed appropriate by the management of the Academy Of Amazement.

If we cancel a class curriculum for any reason (i.e, low enrollment, loss of venue, etc.) all payments will be refunded or, at the discretion of the parent, may be applied to future classes, private lessons, or events.

Due to limited enrollment availability, all payments are otherwise non-refundable if canceled by the parent.  Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Academy of Amazement based on extenuating circumstances.  Any refund must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the end of the course.    All requests will be reviewed and evaluated on an individual basis.

Photo Policy:

All classes are being recorded for safety's sake, all students must appear on camera at the beginning of class, but may turn it off needed.  We encourage leaving the camera on for participation and recognition throughout the class.
